In short

We run this site with as little data collection as we can manage, and no tracking cookies. This page explains what we do collect, why, and how to exercise your rights under the GDPR/DSGVO.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible or Cloudflare Web Analytics). No cookies are set, no personal data is collected, and no device fingerprinting takes place. Because of that, no consent banner is required. The figures we see are aggregate only and aren't shared with anyone.

Contact form

When you use the contact form, what you enter (name, email, company, message) is passed to our form provider and forwarded to us by email. We use it only to reply to you. We keep submissions for 12 months and then delete them. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

Operations Diagnostic

If you complete the free Operations Diagnostic and choose to unlock the full report, we store your contact details (name, email, company), your answers to the diagnostic questions, and the score and figures the tool calculated for you. We use this to email you the report, to follow up if relevant, and to improve the diagnostic's accuracy and our understanding of common operational patterns over time. We never sell this data. To write the report's commentary, the tool sends your ANSWERS and the calculated figures — never your name, email or company name — to Anthropic, an AI provider acting as a processor; the text comes back and is stored with your report. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent, via the checkbox on that form). You can ask us to delete it at any time — see "Your rights" below.

Booking a call

Booking runs on our own site. We store your name, email and company in our database (hosted with Cloudflare), write the meeting to our company calendar at Zoho, and send your confirmation and calendar invite through Resend. No separate booking company is involved. We use the details to hold the meeting and to follow up about it. Every confirmation carries a cancellation link, and cancelling removes the meeting from our calendar.

If you subscribe, we store your email in our own database (hosted with Cloudflare) and send the newsletter through Resend, our email provider. We use it only for the newsletter. There's a one-click unsubscribe link in every email, and unsubscribing is permanent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

Who else processes your data

We use a small number of providers, each acting as a processor on our behalf and each bound by their own agreement with us. Cloudflare hosts the site and our database and file storage. Resend sends our email — invoices, portal links and the newsletter. Zoho provides our own company mailboxes and calendar. Anthropic writes the commentary in the operations report, from your answers only. We do not sell data to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The host may process standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and operations. These aren't used to track you and are governed by the host's own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive it in portable form. Email contact@predoptai.com and we'll handle it. You can also complain to a supervisory authority.
